Getting Started in Coaching

How do I know if coaching is right for me?  

  • When you want to use your strengths to move your life in a new direction,  whether it is to pursue a deferred dream or a new vision 

 

  • When you want to increase your enjoyment or sense of purpose in life 

 

  • When there are projects you want to complete, or activities you want to commit to, or changes you want for yourself

 

  • When you want to be more motivated in your career, make a career move,  or slow down and set new priorities

  • When you want to invite more creativity into your life whether in daily living or expressive arts

  •  then coaching may help you make it happen.

How does it work?

You will be given an informed consent to complete. This explains in detail the coaching process.  See also About Coaching. If it works best, coaching sessions may be conducted by phone. 

What will it cost?

After the coaching agreement is established, the first session is one hour and the fee is $125.  Additional sessions are scheduled for 30 minutes and the fee is $85. The length of time you may be involved in coaching varies with your goals.
